GeyserSoft collects the minimum information needed to review modernization inquiries and PoC requests.
- Respond to consultation requests
- Review the project environment and conversion scope
- Manage inquiry history and legal obligations

- Required: company, contact name, work email, technical environment and inquiry
- Optional: phone number
- Automatically collected: access logs, IP address and browser information
3. Retention period
We delete personal information without delay once the consultation purpose is completed, unless retention is required by law.
4. Sharing with third parties
We do not share personal information without consent unless disclosure is required by law or previously agreed by the user.
5. Security measures
We apply reasonable technical and administrative safeguards, including access control and protection of data in transit.
